Specifications document

I undertook the task of rewriting an existing specifications document for the HR application project.
This involved reorganizing and clarifying the content to make it more accessible and ensuring it aligned with the project's updated goals and requirements. The revised document provided a clearer structure, facilitating communication between HR teams, the client and the development team.

I created a detailed functional analysis report to support a Gap Analysis. This involved assessing the current system's functionalities, identifying missing features or inefficiencies, and comparing them to the desired state.
This work facilitated better alignment between the project's objectives and the implementation process, ensuring a more efficient and targeted development strategy.
